Due to the close proximity during our time together, to keep us all safe during this coronavirus pandemic, please remember I have a few safety guidelines you will need to follow.
In preparation for your in-person appointment...
What I ask from you: · You are required to bring and wear a mask or facial covering (per CDC recommendations) during the entirety of your time in the studio. If you do not bring a face covering we will have to reschedule your appointment. · You will be required to wash your hands for at least 20 seconds using the available soap and water after you enter the studio and before heading back to the treatment room. · You must sneeze and/or cough into a tissue or if unavailable, into your elbow. · Only the person receiving treatment is permitted to come into the studio; therefore, companions will be asked to wait outside. · Text me when you arrive. Please wait in your car or outdoors until I let you know that the space is ready for you to come inside.
The following screening factors would lead you to be considered “at risk” and you will need to wait for a period of 14 days from date of risk incident before resuming in-person care: · If you have been in contact with someone that has been diagnosed with COVID 19 or is ill · If you have lost your sense of taste or smell · If you have developed gastrointestinal distress symptoms such as loss of appetite, loose stools, indigestion or diarrhea · If you are visibly ill (sneezing, coughing, fatigue, etc.) · If you have traveled outside of the state or country
My commitment to keeping you safe: · I will have staggered schedules to limit the number of people coming and going to limit potential exposure and to allow for enhanced cleaning procedures in between clients. · I will clean the treatment table, stools, side tables, chair, door handles and any other object that was touched with antibacterial wipes after every appointment. Sheets and blankets will be washed daily, per usual. · I will clean door handles, toilet flusher and faucet handles in bathroom with antibacterial wipes after each appointment. · I will wash my hands using soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds before and after every client, per usual. · I will wear a mask at all times that a client is with me. · I will maintain social distancing as much as is possible while still providing valuable care. · I will have hand sanitizer available for use, as supplies permit. · I will check my temperature daily. · I will sneeze and/or cough into a tissue or if unavailable, into my elbow and then immediately wash my hands. · If I am aware that I have been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID19, I will cancel appointments and stay home for 14 days.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns by calling/texting (414) 232-5958 or email EverydayWellnessForYou@gmail.com. I understand some people are not comfortable leaving their home for care so I will continue to offer online telehealth for anyone who is interested in remaining home, or if you are unable to meet the risk criteria outlined above.
We will get through this! Today, let’s choose to thrive!
