I invite you to join me at the Conservancy for Healing & Heritage for an interactive day with other women. As we gather in circle, you will have an opportunity to take a deeper dive within during time of creative writing, breath meditation, self-reflection, story telling, exploring your life force energy, and a releasing ceremony. We will be learning to be in the flow of life to strengthen our resiliency.
You do not need to attend the Unplug & Recharge workshop prior to this workshop.
Bring: a lunch, jounal/notebook, pen, something to sit on the floor during the releasing activity (can't sit on the floor? no worries, you can sit in a chair during the activity.), and anything else that will make you comfortable and warm. Wear comfy clothes (layers are good as temperature fluctuates due to high ceiling). We will be going outside (snow, rain or sun), so plan accordingly. I will provide water, hot tea and light snacks.
Location: Inside the Reiman healing chapel at the Conservancy for Healing & Heritage 7410 W. Rawson Ave. in Franklin
Investment: Normally this workshop would be $150, however I found someone willing to sponsor your fee, so it is free to attend. Space is limited, so don't hesitate to register.
